Rooted in a family with a long tradition of serving in the defence, self-discipline, fitness, and a solid mission in life have been integral values in my life. Towards having a holistic approach to well-being, I have embraced yoga and a sattvic diet in my daily routine.
I also find solace and joy in artistic expressions such as painting, dance, and reading poetry. I am an outdoorsy and relish time amidst nature and trekking mountains.
